Shai Tsarfati, co-founder and CEO

Shai Tsarfati, a pharmaceutical engineer with over a decade of expertise, holds a degree from the prestigious Technion University of Israel. As a renowned expert in the chemical industry, Shai’s extensive knowledge of products, manufacturers, and logistics processes is complemented by his passion for the environment. A nature lover, Shai is an avid diver and skipper, frequently participating in ocean-cleaning dives to help preserve marine ecosystems. His dedication to the circular economy and reducing waste is at the core of his work, as he brings innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to complex industry challenges. Whether helping companies optimize their overstock chemicals or advancing sustainable practices, Shai is committed to making a positive impact on both businesses and the planet.

Ester Tsarfati, CMO

Ester Levy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Hebrew University of Israel and has extensive experience in building business relations across global markets. In her current role, she engages with numerous clients annually, aiming to connect diverse opportunities and create synergies. Her innovative thinking offers creative solutions to complex challenges, consistently helping clients achieve greater-than-expected returns on their investments
